Slow Sunday Fromme Frolic

This will likely be the last in my Slow Sunday adventures until ski season ends in April. To level up we are going to Fromme where all the big kids from the Saturday group like to get their shin splints.
We will of course be ambulating in a manner that will be unlikely to incur any injuries. Fingers crossed. This route is around 9km and 500m of elly.
